Update: I received a call from them only because of the bad review I left. That was a week ago now and they still haven’t sent a return label or refunded me for the food that was delivered after I cancelled because of not receiving the food in time and having to change my dogs’ food up abruptly. Clearly the woman who called knew I was not happy and that there was no way she was going to change my mind and come back as a customer so she didn’t bother to correct their mistake. I would never recommend them to anybody!!! Terrible customer service!!! I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and I have never been more frustrated trying to speak to or get an email from somebody in customer service. On September 4th, I was wrongly charged for a bag of dog food I never authorized. I only made a one-time purchase and never signed up for auto-ship, yet the company claimed this was an “auto-ship order.” That is false. I requested a return label right away, never opened the package, and returned the product as soon as the label finally arrived almost two weeks later. Despite this, on September 17th I was only refunded half of what I was charged. Since then, I have emailed multiple times (September 19th and 22nd) with no response. I’ve also called several times, waited on hold for over an hour, and used the callback option—yet I never received a single call back. Had my food on auto ship. Got the reminder one week prior it would be shipped on the 8th. They never processed it, or shipped it. I usually give my dogs an overlap for a week to ensure a couple days of shipping issues. They never even processed my order. I waited on hold for THREE hours, and the line disconnected and hung up on me. They don’t reply to emails. I now have to abruptly find another brand of kibble to switch my dogs to, without being able to to ween them onto something else, because life abundance never sent their food and won’t respond to anything. After four years of being a loyal customer, this isn’t just a small mess up and we’ll “fix it”. Customer service is non existent.

I used to love this place.... until I was charged for an auto ship Icanceled well in advance and there is NO customer service! I was never called back when I called, never answered after staying on the line for HOURS, never responded through email. I am so disappointed and I didn't want to find a new place but I will have to. A week of radio silence is UNACCEPTABLE. Update: The wrong charge was on 10/08/25 I stayed on the phone the entire duration of it being open on 10/14/25 and even paid a visit in which a worker said they would forward my information to the customer care team so that it could be resolved quicker. We are still being charged for food never received and have canceled auto ship. Another charge today. This company is impossible to reach and all we get on calls is a constant recording. hours on the phone, left call back number many times and still no response. They are really good at charging credit card!
