Everyone is so helpful, caring, experienced and a joy to encounter especially when it's an emergency and you're stressed out. They are patient understanding and love what they do. I can not say enough wonderful words about this veterinary office. Every single staff member is very professional, kind, understanding, and truly cares for your animal and their well-being. The Vet I worked with is absolutely amazing! The environment is relaxing and very well put together and clean. I'll never take my fur babes anywhere else. I recommend this wonderful facility to anyone in need or looking for a new vet to take fabulous care of their health. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of care shown at the Liberty Hill Veterinary Wellness Pet clinic. My German Shepard was diagnosed with Pannus, a incurable but treatable condition that can lead to blindness in both eyes. After it was diagnosed, it was arranged to bring him back in three weeks to check progress. I ran out of the prescription 3 days prior to the follow-up appointment. Despite this, when I requested a refill to bridge the three days until our follow-up, I was met with total indifference. The clinic insisted on a 24-48 hour wait for a medication they had in stock, even though their own vet performed the exam. When I pressed for urgency to prevent a flare-up, the staff hung up on me. When I called back later that day, I was told they were too busy with other prescriptio

Liberty Hill Veterinary Wellness is amazing! They were able to diagnose Henry’s yeast issues right away, after years of struggling with other vets. Everyone is kind and their pricing is fair. I definitely recommend them!
