I purchased a dog from this store that was represented to me as a toy poodle. After raising her and reviewing breed size standards, she is currently 12 pounds, which aligns more closely with miniature poodle size. I contacted the store to request partial compensation based on the breed discrepancy. Instead of addressing the concern directly, I was offered daycare credits and grooming discounts, which do not reflect the financial difference in what I paid for a toy poodle. I love my dog and would never rehome her, but I am disappointed that the breed I specifically asked and paid for does not appear to match what was sold to me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this store without requesting clear written guarantees, documentation, and independent verification

I recently got my puppy from this store and couldn’t be happier. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly care about the well-being of the animals. I also want to address the negative reviews about the white pit bull , those comments are completely false. That dog is one of the sweetest and most gentle dogs I’ve ever met. It’s a shame people are spreading misinformation. If you’re considering getting a puppy, I definitely recommend visiting this place❤️

Extremely dishonest and misleading. We were explicitly told we were purchasing a Toy Poodle, and that was not the case. Once the issue was brought to their attention, they refused to offer a refund or make any effort to provide the correct breed as originally represented. There was no accountability and no attempt to resolve the situation. I strongly advise others to be cautious. Stay away!

Grooming is not ran as it should be. The groom goes well but never on time. Was scheduled 2 times for an 11 am appt. First time groomer was 30 min late and was overcharged for a mini groom. Second appt groomer wasn’t even in the store even when appt was scheduled a month in advance. Lack of communication.
