Lena The Lizard Lady LLC

Recently got a baby bearded Dragon from Lena The Lizard Lady and she was so informative! She made sure we had everything we needed (from enclosure, to lights, to calcium/vitamins, to even some live feeders!) I’ve reached out multiple times with questions and she’s been super responsive! Highly recommend her for all your reptile needs!! 🦎

I can't say enough positive things about Lena. She waited up two hours for me to drive in the middle of the night to go pick up a much-needed axolotl, and even provided food and supplies to get us through until I could purchase more when stores opened. She responds quickly to calls and texts, and she even called me back after I texted her a question. It's clear she genuinely cares about her animals and wants to make sure buyers know how to properly care for them. She answered every question I had without ever making me feel judged. Lena is truly a wonderful person to work with, and I would absolutely buy from her again. I highly recommend doing business with Lena and my grandson will be thankful as well on Christmas morning.

We recently had a couple new additions to our lizard family. I was in need of a bigger living space. I contacted Lena, she was amazing - her tank set up is top notch. B.D. Boxes did a great job on the tank build and our new babies are so happy🦎 thank you for being so great!!!

I seriously can not recommend Lena enough. Called her to come to my son's 8th birthday party and she was absolutely fantastic. Kids and adults alike had an amazing time. She and her husband, Steve, were wonderful with the children answering their questions and educating them about the different animals. It was actually surprising to learn that Steve himself used to be afraid of snakes. Ironically enough he was able to get 2 of the kids at the party over their fear of snakes today and had them begging to hold them by the end of the program. Lena was incredibly attentive and super personable and respectful. We absolutely love Lena (and Steve) and her animals and I would hire her for another event in a heartbeat. We had Lena and her crew visit for a children’s event at the Massena Public Library and it was amazing! There were many adults who stopped by and had a blast, as well. Her events are such a great way to see animals and reptiles you wouldn’t typically see in this area. She takes very good care of them, and I loved hearing her talk about them and their daily routines. It was also super cool to see Tony 2Toes Slowman (sloth) up close and learn his personality a bit. She even let us give him treats! 😁 Thank you so much Lena for this experience! I highly recommend!
