I absolutely love Julia 💙 she’s so kind and patient. Her main concern is your pets’ comfort and safety and I’m so grateful to have found her. My dogs love her so much! She’s so loving, I know my dog feels loved and safe in her space.

Omg we absolutely LOVE Julia!!!! She takes her time she is so sweet and easy going! My Nova is absolutely obsessed with her, she gets so excited when we just turn down her street!!! Her prices are fantastic, I am SO picky when it comes to who deals with my baby, and I would trust Julia with Nova ANY DAY. She is so great with replying and working within our schedules!! 10000% recommend!!!! BEST groomer in Niagara!!!! 🩷

I've been going too Julia for 2 years, almost 3. She's groomed our Aussie Shepard/boarder collie and we loved her! Loved what she stands for, how it was 1 on 1...and just her pure attention too detial. Sometimes there would be problems on her side and ours and we always worked it out and communicated. Recently a injury happened (with our old dog groomer) and pushed back dates again and again...and it was posted that her friend was helping Julia with clients. When reached out about getting our dog's groomed...no texts were answered...but posts on IG were made. In December it was made public she would start grooming again, and to contact her for a time. My wife contacted her....nothing. We waited 48 hours...I contacted her and nothing. I continued to contact Julia 2 other times! Thinking

Unfortunately Julia would not return our calls, emails, texts, or social media messages to book a second appointment. We brought our dogs to be groomed once and she said they were well behaved and welcomed back. I am very disappointed and frustrated in her lack of communication. If you are lucky enough to get a response back, the grooming was fine for the price paid.

Myself and my dog Bear love Julia. Leash and Lotus Dog Spa has been in Bear's journey during his rescue and adoption to trusting others more and not being scared of the world. Julia takes so much time and patience making Bear comfortable in every capacity during his visit which is beyond appreciated. She has a customer for life and i cannot recommend her grooming enough.
