Le Petite Pooch - Sun City

I've taken my dogs a few times to the Sun City location for nail trims, they've always been great with them. Yesterday when we arrived one of our dogs started having a seizure outside, something they had not had before. One of the employees came out (I'm afraid in the chaos I did not get her name) and she was SO lovely helping me and my husband to deal with the situation, she kept calm, gave us clear and helpful instruction when we were both a bit in shock. Thank you!

It’s was my first time there, I was a little nervous since my fur baby could be a bit difficult at times. Makayla did a great job l was very happy and grateful how he looks. I was also able to make an appointment quite quickly. I truly recommend this location.

Was very dissatisfied. Took our Samoyed in for grooming—we are new to Florida—up in Ohio she was groomed every month. This was our second visit, picked her up and she had balls of fur hanging from her tail. Recombine her tail she was all matted. Saved the wad of hair and took it into the shop. I tried to explain that when you bath a Samoyed, you need to comb her out as you dry or the results will be a matted mess. The guy that was grooming another dog, got very rude and said she was only on for a bath and comb—NOT desheding. I again tried to explain that you cannot just bath and dry them without combing them as you dry. He became and told me to leave. I still tried to explain and was told that his groomers are beginners and that they don’t have departing tolls —just a comb and brush and t

BEWARE! & STAY AWAY! Poor customer service skills. Scheduled appt for 8 am. Arrived @ 750 am. Entry Door locked. No personnel inside. Waited till 0805 am. No one present. Returned figuring miscommunication (?) re: appt time. as office Google site states opens @ 0900 am. Returned @ 855 AM. Groomer in back (obese/disheveled/stressed out?) working stated repeatedly I was wrong & continued escalating discussion. He was more interested in winning the disagreement vs acknowledging the miscommunication & rescheduling the appt for a repeat customer. Absolutely Inappropriate/confrontational customer service for sure. Gentleman at the front desk tried to reschedule but disgruntled/unfriendly groomer overrode his efforts. Unfortunately they lost a 4 year returning customer in a very competitive gro
