Got my dogs both new tags today.. Staff was nice. But I also did foster to adopt with one of the dogs there when we were looking for a companion for my female dog. Even though it did not work out with that dog, they were very helpful and accommodating hooking me up with the foster and having someone there after hours to help with paperwork.
It breaks my heart that I can’t provide a home for all the shelter animals, but it also makes my heart happy to know that they are well cared for and loved at the animal shelter, anytime I have dropped off donations the shelter staff is always working hard to keep the shelter clean.
Absolutely the greatest the lady had put a sweater on my dog and made me keep it
The Lawrence County Ohio Animal Shelter serves the entire County with a “no kill” policy! This place has made a complete turn around! The Shelter offers newly remodeled kennels and intake space. Clean and bright, this Shelter presents a model of how an Animal Shelter should operate. Adopt! Don’t shop!
Went to the Shelter to Clean for some volunteer services and they genuinely care about these animals!!! Staff was super pleasant and friendly!! Good job Lawrence County Animal Shelter!!! Ty for all that you do for the animals!!!
