Lavonia Pet Salon

Ive been here multiple times over the past few years w/ 3 Chi’s for nail trims. I called ahead for a Chi’s nail trim today & drove 25 miles to get here. I always hold my dogs for their trims, but today I’m told they have to take her to the back & I can’t hold her due to “insurance”? My dog just had a $3k knee surgery! I’m holding my dog! Y’all lost a customer today, unfortunately! I’ll let the new place in Carnesville take care of her moving forward.

Calais always does a meticulous grooming on my dog Ziggy. She is usually there at the receptionist area to meet us when we arrive, and is so friendly and personable. She listens attentively regarding my request for Zig's grooming needs, and offers helpful suggestions that I may not have considered. I could not ask for a better service -- there is nothing better and I hope that she will continue being Zig's groomer for years to come. Leesa and Stephanie, the owners, are also excellent groomers and are friendly as well. They all treat the pets with great care and love, and are passionate in what they do. Nicole, the receptionist, does an excellent job, and is one of the friendly faces you'll meet when you arrive. There have been times when I've had to reschedule due to overlapping appointmen

They are wonderful offer great services! They are always so kind to my Nola! We have been using them for about 1.5 years now and always so professional, sweet, and affordable. Nola looks so great when she leaves! She feels so good when she gets home she loves to lounge the rest of the day! Highly recommend!

My boys name is Odie I found him at the Lavonia animal shelter and I feel very blessed is the perfect dog for me I tried three other salons was not happy at all one didn’t even rinse the soap off him good enough he ended up with a skin irritation anyway Lavonia Pet salon is hands-down The best I will always take my dog there nowhere else the staff is very friendly and the groomer came outside to talk to me before I left to me that was a big deal thank you Lavonia Pet salon I’m gonna put you guys in for a raise

Calliope had her first grooming here, and everyone was wonderful!! Jessica did a great job; we can see her eyes and she is absolutely adorable. The picture does not do her justice!!
