Thank you so much for your sympathy card and empathy for us when we had to let Lucy go !

Called to ask if I could have my cat seen for an emergency visit due to him having a UTI and not being able to pass anything for hours now. The person who answered the phone had no empathy what do ever which is concerning given he works at the vets office. Told me to come in later around 2 after I've told him he's been experiencing this for a few hours now. Very unprofessional

We had an accident on Tuesday night and our cat needed to be seen as soon as possible! I live in Yankton SD and the vets here I guess don’t do emergency calls. So we had to hunt for a vet and out of all vets this doctor was the only one to answer and take us in even though we had a a hour Some drive ahead of us witch put There around mid-night. Even with the emergency call the price is extremely reasonable. I would almost consider transferring vets if it weren’t the length of the drive!

We've been using Laurel Vet Clinic for about 14 years now. Our experience has always been great there. We've had them perform surgeries, wellness checks, laboratory testing, pregnancy checks, ultrasound, emergency services, baths, boarding, and euthanasia. They have always been competent, kind, compassionate and very reasonably priced. With other clinics I've felt pressured to do additional, unnecessary services to "upsell" and increase the bill. I have never had that experience with Laurel Vet Clinic.
