I'm writing to follow up on our recent visit to Laurel Hill Pet Lodge with our GSP puppy, Bo, for his nail trim. Bo has a history of anxiety surrounding nail trims, making the experience stressful for both him and us. We were understandably apprehensive going in. However, our experience with Kaylee exceeded all expectations. Her calm and patient demeanor immediately put Bo at ease. She handled him with such skill and gentleness, expertly and quickly trimming and shaping his nails. The entire process was remarkably smooth and stress-free, a far cry from our previous attempts. Bo didn't even whimper! We were so impressed by Kaylee's expertise and her obvious affection for animals. Took my girl to the pet spa for a much needed grooming. It was our first visit but it will not be the last. They did a beautiful job grooming Belle and I could not be happier with the service. And we loved the cute butterfly bow! Thank you!
