I want to start off and say i have never written a review like this in my life but I have genuinely never been so upset by a place. When i came in and was trying to explain the cut i wanted (which i was VERY SPECIFIC) it was such a hassle for them to listen. I have a bernese mountain dog and you’re not supposed to shave these dogs because it can cause a lot of problems for them. I’m not upset my dog got an ugly cut, i’m upset that his hair won’t grow back the same and his grass allergy will be terrible this summer because he no longer has ANY hair to shield it. I came in and asked if they had ever cut this type of dog before, they said yes hesitantly. Come to find out they obviously have not. They shaved my bernese mountain dog and cut his ears very uneven and funky. They were rude and can

My dog received dog bathing and nail trimming. He got a cute little pumpkin scarf too! Smells good & always happy with their service.

i always take my dogs here! Laura is reasonable and i love how she trims Rosco and Duke's nails! never sharp and short as she can get them! they are so soft and smell amazing for a good week or two! (depending on weather lol) i highly recommend Laura!

It was a very nice experience. My little KingCharles Cavalier look very nice.She is on the timid side but they made friends with her. I WILL Return TO Laura's for my pets grooming.
