Absolute phenomenal! I had a change of plans and while visiting FLL I had to put my dog in for 10 days. I got her 2 hours of off leash playtime. She spent the entire time in the pool which I could log in and check. Lilly Storm wasn’t just a number at this place. They knew her personality like all the staff had spent time with her personally. I loved the feed back and she came out happier than when I put her in the kennel!

This is my third time using the boarding and grooming service, my pup always comes back calm, happy and smelling amazing for days! It’s great I can use the webcam to check in on her while on vacation. The caretakers give her attention and keep all the dogs safe. Get the Gold play package it’s worth it for those who live in apartments and can give their pups extra play time while away. Less time for them to miss you and more chances for you to watch them play on the webcam. Will continue to utilize the Pet Lodge for our vacation for year to come!

My dog Theo LOVES Lauderdale Pet Lodge! He loves other dogs but really loves the handlers here! It makes being out of town for us so much easier because we know he’s having the best time running around in the park and swimming in the pool. He always comes home exhausted. Thank you guys for always taking such good care of my little guy!

We cannot recommend Hannah enough! She is an incredibly kind, smart, and dedicated dog trainer who completely changed our life with our high-energy Australian Shepherd, Loki. We’ve been training him to be an off-leash hiking dog, and in just two weeks, Hannah helped us instill the trust and bond we needed between Loki and us as his owners. Her guidance was invaluable, especially with his energy, and now we can confidently enjoy hikes knowing Loki will follow commands and stay safe. We constantly get compliments on how well-behaved he is, and it's all thanks to Hannah's amazing training. Her approach is genuine, and you can really tell she cares about both the dogs and their owners. We wish we hadn’t moved to NJ because we would love to continue working with her. Nice dog pool. Yard is kept clean. Dogs look like they are having fun when I view the webcams. Employees are polite and friendly.
