Lather And Leash K9

Wow! My mini golden doodle is the first animal I have had that needed frequent grooming. We searched around for some reasonable, and most were not and I wasn’t impressed with what I was. My Winston is the world to us and he deserves the best, and I found it with Caitlin!! He was with her for one hour and came out looking amazing, and even smelling amazing!! She addressed everything we were concerned about and wasn’t expensive at all! I immediately booked our next appointment before I even left. Winston has his first day of doggy daycare this week coming up and I can’t wait to see how he loves it! Highly recommend!!! Photo 1 is before and photo 2 is after!

My two fur-babies just had an extended stay in the kennel and they loved it. I could tell they were shown love and attention during their stay, although happy to be going home, they did not bolt to the door to leave as they have at another kennel in the area. They also ate well while they where there which they have not done in the past due to being nervous and scared. I am so happy to have this amazing kennel in our area. I will definitely use this facility again when I need to board them.

Thank you Caitlin. Sophie loves having her spa day for you. When I pick her up from her spa day. If anyone wants a great groomer you have to pick lather and leash, Caitlin is the best groomer we have had for the last past year!!!! Sophie is always come home beautiful!!!

I had a distressing experience at this grooming facility. My dog was visibly anxious and hesitant to enter. Despite struggling to manage her, no staff member offered assistance. As a result, I fell down onto the gravel driveway, which I hurt my shoulder and hands. My dog ran away as she was scared , I had to chase after her. This incident occurred in full view of a groomer, yet I received no help. What compounded my disappointment was the owner's response. Rather than offering an apology or expressing concern, she suggested I seek services elsewhere, citing the gravel path as a potential issue. Just picked up our two Gordon Setter from a couple days of boarding and spring field cuts. Raven and Hawkeye look fantastic. We are so happy that we found a facility that we are very comfortable leaving them with. So glad we found Lather and Leash. Thank you Caitlin
