Last Hope Animal Rescue

While I do appreciate the work they do, they have terrible customer service. They do not reply to emails or phone calls. I have called them multiple times and sent multiple messages and I have not received a reply from them. If they want to do a better job they have to have a way to be reasonable when it comes to responding to people who are potential adopters or people who need to surrender their pets.

My sweet boy had a hard time adjusting to his new home initially. After consulting with Last Hope after the adoption, they guided me and even allowed me to borrow a kennel for a month to trial to ensure a smooth transition for not only my animal, but for me. We are now a year in and have the best and most loving dog. I could not recommend Last Hope enough!

We have adopted two pitbulls from Last Hope. The adoption process was thorough which is important as dogs are not an impulse addition to your family.

I have adopted two cats from this shelter. Both cats were well loved and cared for at the shelter. While at the shelter I saw some cats with very high medical needs, which shows me this shelter cares deeply for their cats (and other animals) and does everything in their power to give them a great quality of life, when others likely would have given up. This shelter not only does an amazing job caring for their animals, but also has great customer service. They do a fantastic job interviewing people wanting to adopt, and checking references to ensure the pets are going to a stable home.
