Customer Reviews
Very good communication The vet techs were amazing. Dr. Hunter answered all my questions and was prompt on all communication. I went in as a very worried pet parent. The staff were friendly and kind. Lulu had to get a mass cell tumor removed. I was very stressed because my regular vet did not communicate well. I felt like the staff understood my anxiety and helped me through her surgery. Lulu is recovering and we got our results ( very good news). I highly recommend lvvsc.
It was truly a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was compassionate, kind, and made our decision an easy one during such an emotional time. Dr. Prouty took exceptional care of our beloved Maple. Thanks to the care and support of everyone involved, my dog is able to walk again, and that is something I will be forever grateful for. Dr. Prouty went above and beyond for our pet. She was incredibly caring, and while Maple was hospitalized, she sent us pictures and updates that brought us so much comfort. This was honestly one of the best experiences we have ever had with any veterinary clinic in town. The two techs/assistants who helped us were also amazing. I can’t remember their names, but one with blonde hair was the first to suggest that surgery would be the best course of action.
This was my third time coming here for Mollys health concerns and I will say, this last time, although heart breaking, was very different from the previous two times. I could see and feel the love and care poured into my sweet girl. It was daunting waiting 2 hours in the ER but I knew it was for her own wellbeing for me to see it through that she be seen. Dr. Gietzen, the nurse who took care of Molly while hospitalized and monitoring her catheter. The front desk girls when I came in the night of November 1st. One was named Karly, the other girl, I didn't catch her name but she had colorful hair, glasses and creative tattoos. Everyone was very sweet. The majority of the staff are all wonderful kind hearted people with the exception of a few bad apples who couldn't be bothered to help.
More or less chronologically: - strong referral relationships with general care veterinarians -- amazing interactions with staff at every touch point - sense of urgency around Fiona's eye issue - quick and effective resolution - complete transparency in estimate, steering me away from potential additional optional expenses Whoever does your hiring should get a bonus. Fiona is getting better every day, and every person I interacted with helped me feel less distressed about her prognosis.
This review is for orthopedic procedure. My small dog needed TPLO and luxating patella surgery after he stopped walking. We met with Dr. Lauren Sanders for consultation and she answered all my questions. I was able to schedule surgery the second day! Dr. Sanders, remembered my concern about pain management and gave my dog an affordable pain injection during the surgery called Nocita. I am really grateful she did this because the first 3 days are the most painful for any dog. I know the injection helped him because he had surgery on the opppsite leg with a different surgeron 3 years ago and he was very uncomfortable. Dr. Sanders did an excellent job! My dog was walking very well 2 weeks after surgery as if he didn't have any problem! I will try to post the video. The staff were great and qu
