Just moved to area, after calling around for a vet that took new pets Larkin vet was amazing on the phone to speak to. They were able to get us in that morning. From reception to exam everyone that works here is friendly and very caring. Thank you for the kindness and patience you had with Brandi
UPDATE 1/9/26: I took my very very old cat here bc I knew it was time, and I had a good experience with them in the past. This only solidified that. Saying goodbye to a pet is never easy. Making that decision is the most heartbreaking one you can make. The people of Larkin were nothing but amazing the whole time. Supportive, caring, gentle. I stayed with my cat until the very end, and they stayed with me too. They gave him all the love as well and I love him the most. Today they sent flowers. I've gotten sympathy cards from vets but never flowers. The people here are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and I will be going here as long as I'm in this area. I was glad to find a vet that specializes in cats. I loved how they had soft blankets with feliway on them in the waiting area so you c
Amazing, doesn’t even explain this office and the staff, we brought our Pitski in due to his eyes being swollen an red, an they actually figured out the issue an treated him, unlike humane society they jumped right to surgery an didn’t even fix anything. I’m just so greatful that they took the time to figure it out. They explained everything took their time with us let us talk an ask questions an they answered our questions an didn’t make us feel stupid or not not a good parent to our Blu, unlike humane they talk down to you an basically say you shouldn’t have a pet bc you incapable of taking care of them. So If you are looking for a new vet definitely call them! You will be at a loss for words, like my husband and I on how great they are and how happy you are bc your fur babies are well t
I am extremely disappointed with the communication at Larkin Veterinary Center — specifically with Bridget. I clearly explained that I am the primary contact for two of my cats, and that any decisions or charges regarding them needed to go through me directly. Instead of respecting that, Bridget contacted my partner and gave him incorrect information, which resulted in him being charged for a cat that is not even under his account. On top of that, I was told one thing about my cat’s paw plan, while my partner was told something completely different. That is not just poor communication — that is misinformation. When you are dealing with people’s pets, their money, and their trust, there is zero room for careless mistakes or conflicting stories. This whole situation could have been avoide
This was my first time bringing my puppy, and from the moment we walked in until we left, we were treated exceptionally well. The staff made my little guy feel truly welcome—he received plenty of love, lots of treats, and was even given a toy.
