Larchmont Village Vet🐾🩺

I inherited an elderly Maltese a year ago and sadly, she had a stroke and needed to join her owner. This vet was so good about handling the care without insane overcharging, or long lines, I think about switching care for my dog from the vet I've used for more than 20 years.

Larchmont Village Vet is truly wonderful. The entire team is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward both pets and their owners. You can immediately tell how much they love animals by the way they handle them—so gentle, calm, and attentive. They always take the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions, and make sure you never feel rushed. It’s such a relief knowing your pet is in the hands of people who truly care, not just about treatment but about your animal’s comfort and well-being. I’m so grateful to have found a vet I completely trust. Highly recommend!

Great experience for my cat Hugo here, who I brought in for routine checkups and a flea and worm infestation. Dr. Moffit (sorry for misspell) is very thorough and communicative—he gives you a full sense of what your options are, the costs, and his recommendations, which is great for ppl who want to make informed decisions while keeping a reasonable eye on the budget. Hugo was well taken care of and is totally healthy now!

This will be my go to vet moving forward! Not only was I able to get a convenient appointment (they have flexible hours) but they were kind and patient. Dr Moffitt was diligent and explained absolutely everything to ensure that we were getting every answer to every question. Prices were reasonable and everything was explained to make sure I was comfortable. They also gave me a follow-up call to check in on my kitty to make sure she is still doing well. Extremely satisfied and definitely visit again.

My family and I have been going to Larchmont Village Vet for years. We were never fully satisfied—everything always felt just okay—but we continued giving them the benefit of the doubt because finding a new vet is daunting, especially when a life you love is in their hands.
