Laplace pet shop and grooming

My experience with Laplace Pet Shop and grooming. A few weeks ago, we brought our 2 yorkies to get groomed. Our smallest, Charlotte, weighs 3.5 pounds and when we picked her up, we were not told anything about them injuring her. We got home and she couldn’t stand on her leg. We looked closer and there was a wound where she was nicked substantially and they put something on it to stop the bleeding. We went to Tractor Supply to get wound wash and bandages. We tried that for a couple days and it was getting worse. We brought her to the vet and they cleaned the wound and put a cone on her. The total for all of that was $100.79. I requested that reimbursement and they stopped answering my texts. I requested it via Zelle and they denied it. This is what they did to my pup and they obviously do n

Perfect every time. My fur Baby always looks beautiful every time and smells so fresh and clean. Awesome results. I even tell them how I want them to put my furbabies bows in her hair and the Colors i want and they do it no problem and always precise in what I asked for. I have been taking my baby here for years and never had a problem. I really appreciate how they take care of my baby. Thank You so much.

They did good when they kept our appointments but would cancel often. We had asked them to never pluck our dogs ear hair, only cut it or trim it and they did with one of them. It bothered him for days after. Then they stopped taking our appointments because they said we stressed them too much with what we want done. They actually were the ones who kept texting my wife asking questions and then tried to say she was the one texting them. As a dog owner, everyone would want certain things with how they want their dog groomed. If they can't handle that, they shouldn't be in business!

Been taking my baby to LaPlace Pet Shop for 14 years, since he was a tiny baby. They take good care of him and always do a wonderful job, even give him a blue boy bow on his collar or ears (5lb poodle), if we request it... Very satisfied with their service for many years! 💙

My dogs have been groomed by Ms. White for over 16 years now. She has never injured any of my pets. She has always been very professional, yet warm and friendly. I would never allow anyone else to ever groom one of my animals.
