Nicole is the best! You can tell how much she loves each and every pup. Every grooming appointment is my dogs best day of his life.

Lansing Grooming Spa is the only place I will trust with my dog! He is an 8 year old scaredy doberman who is nervous and can be reactive, and Nicole is so good at telling him he's ok and making him comfortable enough to stick through the nail cut. I have always bathed him myself, but he can't tolerate having his quick snipped and I am no pro. In a full year of cutting his nails twice a month, Nicole has NEVER gotten him with the nail clippers or dremeled too far. He has long quicks that had refused to recede even with regular clips and the thickest nails of any dog I have ever had. Over just a couple months, she gradually got his quicks back to being as short as possible, and now he always has nice nails and good grip! I absolutely love her; she does God's work with these dogs.

Nicole is far and away the best groomer we’ve ever had for our pups! She is patient, responsive, and talented. Our Shih Tzu mix is very anxious and I know that she is treated with extra diligence. Not only do our pups trust Nicole, but they are always treated well by any worker in the spa. Thank you for taking care of our Zuzu & Honey!

Nicole did a great job at our first visit for a quick trim on my Maltipoo and we look forward to our next appointment with her! Several appointments later, and both Benny and I are very happy with Nicole and her services! She's very popular, so book appointments a couple of months in advance. Update; Benny's ready for the holiday season with his green tail after his grooming today! As always, Nicole did a great job in every way!

I have been taking my dogs to Nicole for 2 years now. She always does a great job grooming my two shih-tzu/pomeranians at a reasonable price, and most importantly, my dogs are comfortable being left with her.
