I had Lang pick up two rugs from my home to be cleaned off-site. I’m not thrilled that they charge for pick-up since it is quite pricey. But it was my only option since the rugs were 9’x12’ and wouldn’t fit in my SUV. The rugs were cleaned and delivered back to my house and stored for more than a year since we were undergoing renovations. When we could finally unroll them and put them back where they belonged I noticed that one of the rugs still had stains on it (stains from an elderly dog who had a fecal mishap…). I was very thankful that when I called Lang to report this, they were accommodating. They very kindly came to pick up the rug and clean it again.
