We had an urgent situation when our dog got a cut that needed immediate attention, and I am so grateful for the care we received at Landrum Veterinary Hospital. From the initial call, they were able to get us in very quickly, which was a huge relief. The team was professional, calm, and handled our dog with great care. They were able to efficiently clean and staple the wound, and they sent us home with all the necessary medication and clear instructions for aftercare. It made a stressful event much more manageable. I was also very pleased with the cost of the visit. The prices were fair and reasonable, especially for an urgent appointment. I have been here several times with my rat babies, and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been an amazing experience with every single staff member. This last visit Dr. Goodner and Bailey took care of my baby Winter who had a big gash on her neck that required her to be put under anesthesia and stitched up. They took amazing care of her and as always gave clear verbal and written instructions for medications and aftercare. They have literally saved more than one of my rats’ lives multiple times, and have always been kind, caring, compassionate and professional. They even called to check up on my rat Winter and schedule a no-cost follow up. Had to cremate my daughter's Guinea pig after she suffered a back injury. The staff was really nice and understood that this was a family member. The package we received was great and we even received a card in the mail with some kind words and signed by all the staff. I think my daughter appreciated that the most.

Really nice place. Very clean and decorated really pretty. They have a good bit of product and information out so you can do a bit of learning while waiting on your appointment. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Glad we started taking our fur babies there! Also love how easy it is to get an appointment if its urgent.
