Always professional, courteous and treat my pets as if they are their own. Cost for service is also reasonable, they don't try to add services that your pet doesn't need. They are honest and straight forward.

Dr. Gibson and his staff are expert, friendly and professional. Both our children go there. Our kitty and our doggie.

After 32 years, we are stepping away from this practice. At the latest check-up , the Dr could not even bother to strike up a conversation. He was very rude seemed to “care less” about our cat. Two days latter when the same pet( cat) seemed lethargic I called and alas, the Dr was out again ( second time that week). He seems to have lost interest in his practice and care for our pets. We ended up taking our cat to an emergency service where he is getting proper care and love.

very unprofessional. I do not know the name of the rude woman i spoke to, but i expressed that i am a new cat owner and had some questions. instead of letting me finish my questions and answering them for me she cut me off and said “well i can make you an appointment” while laughing at me. this was on 7/19 in the morning. blows my mind someone can act like this when a customer is showing a real concern for their animal. seems like someone needs to be in a different career. no worries though! glad i had this interaction and i was able to share it so hopefully other people see this and don’t give you their business! I know i wouldn’t spend a dime here let alone let them look at my cat!

I do not recommend this pet hospital. I took my dog for neutering and he was extremely nervous. I went to help the nurse put the muzzle on him and the staff was not friendly at all. They did not wear gloves when they were going to administer the anesthesia. They also did not wear gloves when they were holding onto him to prep for the surgery. The doctor was very rude as well. He was a very short with me when I asked questions because I was very concerned about my dog. I do not understand why people are in this field if they cannot handle animals. My dog has anxiety when he goes to the vet and they were not nice to him at all. Needless to say I left with my dog because they could not handle their job properly. I thought this was going to be a great place from a referral we received, however
