We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. All of the staff treated us with kindness. Dr. Dent was thorough and knowledgeable. And as a very white- presenting mixed race female, it was awesome to see Dr. Dent representing so professionally.

Truly had the best experience. From the receptionist to the vet, every question was answered, every answer was thorough and explained so well. Our dog who has been itching non stop for months - NO NATTER WHAT. Is finally back to normal. I will continue to go back and recommend to everyone.

Today was our first visit with Dr. Kren, and he was incredibly intelligent and thorough. Hands down, this was the best veterinary experience I’ve had in all my years of owning cats. After today’s visit, I truly believe that if Dr. Kren had been our veterinarian years ago when our sweet Betsy passed at such a young age, she might still be with us today because he would have been able to diagnose her correctly. I want to be clear — I genuinely miss the previous doctor here, Dr. M, who was always kind and gentle. But even with prices going up, and even though it honestly pains me to support a corporate practice (something I strongly dislike due to my own past corporate experiences), my husband and I will continue coming back — for Dr. Kren, and only Dr. Kren. I visited under very stressful circumstances. Every employee was very understanding and compassionate. Multiple remedies were offered without judgment. The vet and all other employees were respectful and follow-up was appreciated.

The staff is awesome at this vet! From the front desk, the sweet vet tech to the new vet! We were very pleased with how kind & attentive they were to Faith. She was very anxious! 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
