Lancaster Small Animal Hospital

I’ve been bringing my pup here for over 6 years and I’m very satisfied. I really like & trust Dr. Fetzner and shout out to Carol who for the first time, calmed my Claribel enough to get her to actually eat a treat!

I adopted both of my dogs through Buffalo Underdog Rescue and took them here for their free checkup and have continued to bring them here. The staff is loving, caring, and, most importantly, pet-first. Other places have felt more transactional and less caring about the animal, and the first time I was there the doctor and tech sat with my nervous dog and made sure that he was comfortable more than anything. I highly recommend this place - the staff is wonderful!

We had a fabulous first time visit with our sweet Sophie ❤️ we were especially surprised to see the welcome note on the chalkboard in the waiting area. We absolutely chose the right place for veterinary care.

We recently began having our cat seen by the Lancaster Animal Hospital. Dr. Fetzner and all the staff are great: they are knowledgeable, efficient, effective, thorough, and friendly. It is very clear that they genuinely care about your pet. I highly recommend this practice!

I can't say enough good things about this business. I have two small guinea pigs one of them was not feeling good I called nine veterinarians they were going to make me wait 3 weeks before I could get in to see them. I did some research and looked at all the reviews this veterinarian hospital came in high very high regards. They got me in 2 hours after I called. They did not charge me extra and were super gentle super sweet. I could tell that these people from the receptionist to the veterinarian all have love for animals serious love. I will never take my animals to any place other than here. When Emmett past away they send a beautiful personally wrote sympathy card.
