family members took their dog here for him to be fixed. they told them two weeks ago he was an aggressive dog. he had never showen aggression at home. he was growling at the vet since he was nervous and they had their infant child with them at the first appointment. fast forward two weeks they take their dog into the vet for him to be fixed. once again the dog was nervous and was of course protecting his “sibling”. He started to growl at the vet assistant and had told my family member “that it’s fine if he’s protecting the child, but it wasn’t ok for him to be growling at the workers. my family member left after their dog was in surgery. my family then received a phone call that their dog had died “after surgery”. my family members immediately went to the clinic to see that had happened to

They are always professional, kind, caring, and wonderful staff. I love Rocky and Beth they both take very good care of my dog. They never try to upsell anything but tell you when you should get something done and when that something can wait. This is the best place to go to for you animals care.

Pretty ridiculous. Had my dog scheduled for a neuter - was told I needed to wait there until after my dog was sedated. I was there at 750am - waited until about 1030. I was told the doctor was late, and then when he was there - there was just chaos happening. I was trying to understand what the plan was for getting imaging on my dog's stomach (due to him eating half of a racquet ball a couple weeks earlier). I had communicated this AT LEAST a week earlier and made plans to have imaging done at the same time as the neuter and dental surgery. I had to re-explain it when I arrived - and then again to the vet tech. Still, after MULTIPLE attempts at getting an answer on what the plan was - I was only told that "the doctor didn't provide an answer yet" and then the next time it was "I could take

They really are just the best. Kind and compassionate. I've been using them for all our pet needs since we moved up here two years ago. I've had traumatic pet needs, and simple well checks on pups, and every time I have so appreciated the vets and the rest of the staff and the way they've cared for my pets and myself as well. Dr. Rocky White sets the standard in animal care. He helped us with the difficult task of caring for our elderly Boxer. He was thoughrough and patient in explaining medical options in layman's terms and emotionally sensitive with all family members including our young daughter who grew up with the Boxer. His assistant was kind and professional. I highly recommend and will use his services for all of our pets.
