We brought our senior cat here, and they were great with him. He can be a handful, and they were very patient. Then we brought in our Newfoundland because she was dry heaving and we were concerned. They helped us set up a payment plan for that visit, and we're able to do the x-ray for much cheaper than the other local options. They were also able to give us some antibiotics that had been donated, which really helped us our as we were in a financial bind at the time. They are very empathetic amd clearly care deeply about animals.

I had a pre-op appointment for my Great Dane this week. At the same time, they had an emergency going on at the clinic, but their admin staff did an excellent job keeping in touch with me and letting me know that they were running behind. They worked with me to get us in a bit later in the afternoon and were very apologetic about running so late. In spite of the worsening weather and the late hour, they remained patient with us, were attentive to our needs, and answered all of our questions.

After being interrupted two nights in a row by my little dog vomiting froth I was able to get him to LVVS an hour and a half after my call the second morning. Our technician and Doc were very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't know dogs can suffer acid reflux!!! The remedy was simple and easy to obtain. So far so good after following the instructions of the the Docs. Thanks so much!

Dr. Pratt and the technicians are always so nice and very pleasant. Dr. Pratt is very thorough which is what you want from a vet. She explains things so you understand and answers questions without making you feel dumb. I appreciate their wonderful service and her honesty. The only concern I have are the receptionists. They seem to be very on edge and unhappy. I've only had the pleasure of having a couple that weren't uptight or didn't seem unhappy. I get the job is a difficult one but when people are coming in, sometimes under extreme stress themselves, it's nice to be greatest with a smile and/or some conversation. I really do appreciate everyone who works there though and appreciate their service.

LVVS was a great experience during an unfortunate time. We brought my German shepherd in for cremation services and they were extremely kind and helpful during this difficult time. I truly appreciate the empathy the staff had.
