The vets and vet techs were all fine, but the front staff was rude. I called multiple times for my dog, who ended up passing that day (him passing was not their fault, but the front staffs behavior was a awful) and was hung up on, I was also informed that the girl answering did not have time to speak to me even though I thought my dog was dieing. After calling 2 more times, I asked her if I should bring him in, and she responded with, well do you think so? I mean, I called a vet to find out what I should do. If I already knew, I wouldn't have called. Also, when working around people and animals in difficult situations, the need to know what is not ok to say. Also, seems the front staff didn't know the people in the waiting room could hear their conversations, so think before you speak. Oth

Wow I can say that just from a phone call that was a very strange experience. I called to ask for vet records for a new dog I adopted and Megan who answered the phone was pretty rude and was interrupting me. Then she start saying I can’t get the records unless I know the mother of my dogs name? I asked if she meant the previous owner of the dog or what and she said no they would need to know the mother of the litters name to release the records. I was pretty confused as I just adopted an 8 year old dog. Now I’m waiting for them to call the previous owners to get permission to release the records - which is not an issue, but I think it’s hilarious since the previous owners told me they called to get them about a week ago and were told they weren’t allowed to have access to them anymore sinc

Got my cats front claws declawed 2 months ago. And I noticed today he had no back claws. So I called to ask why they did both. The lady sue was very rude. Said that they only did the front and I only paid for the front. I was like he has no back claws no more. You guys did declaw the back. She's like I ain't gonna argue with you. And I was like you did the back claws I aint stupid. And she said did I call you stupid and she asked for my number so she could give it to the manager. And I did give her my number. I told her u were very rude and had an additude whats your name and she told me and said she wasn't being rude. Will definitely not take my cats back. I dont trust them to take care of my cats.

Hands down the best vet care and most reasonably priced. The staff from the front desk to the techs to the vets are top notch in every way. Kind and caring, quick and extremely knowledgeable. I have taken my dogs there for normal services but 2 of my Danes went for water/laser therapy and acupuncture almost every month for 5 years and they became very bonded with the team. I will always recommend this clinic to anyone!
