Very disappointing experience with Lambert Vet Supply. I ordered a product listed as a “Stone Small Animal 5/16" Tattoo Outfit with Ear Release.” The product description clearly stated that the outfit includes aluminum alloy pliers, digits (0–9), and 3 oz black tattoo ink, and the photos showed the complete kit. What I actually received was only a small portion of the items, not the outfit that was advertised. When I contacted customer service, they insisted it wasn’t their error and claimed I ordered something different, even though the SKU I purchased specifically states the pliers and ink are included in the outfit description. Instead of correcting the misleading listing or making it right, they told me I would have to pay out of pocket to return the item to get a refund. Charging cust

Have struggled with discounts and pricing previously with multiple calls. Most recent advertisement was free shipping over $29 for medications and would not show up in cart. Called to see what was going on and they said it should be over $49 and would not honor what was posted on the website. We are taking our business elsewhere.

The lady’s are very nice here only thing when delivering or picking up becareful cause the dock is tight and it’s off of a street

Can't be more appreciative. My cat's RX was out of stock everywhere and another company I had ordered from was just jerking me around. Lambert was so fast and accommodating. Erin was super helpful. Great experience!

The only reason that I am giving Lambert Vet Supply 2 stars is because of the customer service. I have spoken with 3 nice ladies that have seemed to care about my order. HOWEVER, the shipping on my order has been HORRIBLE!!! I placed my order initially on a Monday and by the Friday of that week my order of my 2 supplies had not been touched! I had to call customer service and ask why my order had not been addressed! The following Monday I was told by customer service that my order would be sent overnight express bc of the delay in processing my order (only after I complained!)….it was not! So almost 2 weeks after placing my order it is still in transit. So know it will take a while to actually receive your order. On the pharmacy side…the young lady was great. HOWEVER AGAIN, almost 2 weeks
