I had an absolutely awful experience with this vet office. My dog was originally seen in November. We asked for him to be treated for all recommended preventative measures (flea, tick, worms). He was started on a mail order medicine and we were told it would “take care of it all”. He went in for a check up in April due to him incessantly scratching, licking, biting. At that time we were again assured he was covered and paid $160 for a one time allergy shot that lasts 4-8 weeks. He did not improve qnd the groomer noticed dead& alive fleas & ticks. The next day we had him set up for boarding at Lakeside. We mentioned this and, for the first time since Nov, were told his mail order med did not cover fleas and ticks! This is after we paid for a checkup and the allergy shot! To make matters w

They took really good care of my dog even with his PTSD. He went in to get neutered. They also clipped his nails which has always been hard for me to do. We are pleased a d he has healed completely. My dog can still jump to get his frisbee and I'm very happy he's not hurting.

Dr Horn is the best! It should tell you something that our dog and even our cats all love her. She's patient and answers our questions and the office is easy to get a hold of via text or phone. Update September 2025: Dr Horn is still the best! She's so gentle and kind to our pets.

They were very helpful with a sad situation. I had to take my parents dog to be put to sleep and they were nice and even sent us a card.
