Lakeside Pet Lounge

Absolutely love Lakeside. They take such great care of our pup and when we pull into the facilities, our Lola just runs in! Just a sign of how much fun she has when she is with Lia and her team. Their facilities are so clean and just looks like a dog oasis. Any time we go on vacation we bring Lola here and it's almost a mini vacation for her as well!

If I could give them ten stars, I would. The owner, Lia, went above and beyond for us! We had a last-minute request to accommodate not one but two dogs at her facility. They were almost at capacity. Not only did she accommodate us, they also picked the two up and brought them back to their facility! While the dogs were at Lakeside, they were treated like queens. We received multiple daily updates, videos, and pictures. Their facility is immaculate, and the prices are great! Check out the spacious rooms they had! The play yard is enormous. The girls loved romping around and swimming in the pond. We are so grateful for everything they did to accommodate these two beauties. I highly recommend them and definitely will be back!

We are beyond grateful for Lia and the Lakeside Pet Lounge team! Personally, one of the hardest parts about having a furbaby is trusting them in someone else's care. Throughout our dog's stay Lia and the team put my mind at ease with regular updates and great communication. They have provided our dog, who has a few special needs, with individualized care and consideration, and in return her social skills have substantially improved! It was apparent from the videos they sent, that our dog was living her best life over at Lakeside, particularly with their new pond, which has added another level of enrichment for the pups. I also love that the large dog kennels are spacious and have both an indoor and outdoor section. It is a luxury boarding experience, but their prices are still reason

We’ve used lakeside for our two dogs and we don’t have any complaints! We specifically let them know they can’t interact with other dogs and they listen. They are responsive with booking, quickly text back at almost all hours of the day and check in/out is speedy and seamless - and they haven’t complained we are always there at the last minute if check in and the first of check out lol. Departure bath is always welcomed after a weekend in a boarding facility. Love them! Will continue to use them.

I couldn't thank Lia and her team more for being so patient with my pup during her first time boarding. In previous experiences, I could never get in touch with the owner or anyone who could provide updates about my dog. Lia & her team were so communicative and updated me on her progress throughout the day while she did her first trial sessions. She is a very shy, previously abused dog that we adopted after she was found on the side of the road, so we are always nervous leaving her anywhere new. I could tell by the way the staff talked to her in the videos, she was able to warm up thanks to their patience and compassion. I was so afraid that a kennel would meet my nervous dog and just shove her in a cage without giving her the time and attention she needs to warm up to new people. She refu
