The veterinarians themselves are great. Kind, knowledgeable, very personable. The front staff however is, something. I found myself apologizing multiple times for asking them to simply do their job. (Make appointments for all 5 of my dogs, fill their online prescriptions.) I chose to purchase heartworm prevention online through Tractor Supply because it was over $100 less for each prescription compared to Lake Pet Hospital After spending $600 on exams and heartworm tests, they told me they were not getting the approval emails from Tractor Supply, so I called Tractor Supply and found out they had sent it to the wrong email. This is an amazing pet hospital. The front desk is welcoming and VERY friendly, the medical staff is simply amazing. Everyone, from the doctors to the technicians have great bedside manner and are very, very knowledgeable. The grooming services are top notch as well. I am happy to have found this gem!

They have always been AMAZING with our two dogs. Our one has major anxiety and they know just how to handle her every time to make sure she feels safe. I will always recommend them.

As far as veterinary clinics go this place is probably the best I've ever had to deal with. They are kind, courteous and professional. The environment is clean and the animals are taken care of with great care. I can say enough positive things about Lake Pet Hospital 4/5/25: Lake pet hospital still delivers excellence. I was sent to Lake Pet Hospital when my own vet was completely booked and couldn’t see one of my cats. It was an emergency situation. I didn’t know anything about Lake Pet Hospital. Marmalade who is an outdoor cat had gone missing. I searched for him for 3 days and found him in a very bad way not that far from home. Lake Pet Hospital was extremely friendly, supportive and kind. Dr. Kristen came to speak with me and explained all possible outcomes and procedures. She was so kind to me and understanding. She has a very special gift and I think Lake Pet Hospital is lucky to have her on staff. I found the pricing of services to be very fair.
