We absolutely love Lake Guntersville Veterinary Services and cannot recommend them enough! We started using them a few years ago for their boarding services because Crystal is absolutely the best in the business and one of the very few people we trust to care for our dogs. We have trusted her with our pets since 2017. Early last year, we adopted a dog from LGVS and kept him on as a patient. Then, a few months later, when our previous vet for our two older boys transitioned into emergency medicine, we transferred them to LGVS as well. Dr. Martha and Dr. Lovett are both wonderful, extremely thorough, and genuinely caring. They are always quick to get us in when our pets need to be seen. We are new to the area and needed to find a veterinarian for our two dogs. Dr. Martha came highly recommended, so we scheduled an initial visit and planned to purchase our dogs’ monthly medications. From the moment she came in, Dr. Martha made us feel completely at ease. She sat down with us and took the time to truly get to know our dogs, asked about our recent move, and talked through any questions or concerns we had. Dr. Martha spent a great deal of time helping us decide on the best flea, tick, and heartworm prevention for our puppy, and we never once felt rushed. Her genuine care, patience, and thorough explanations really helped us know we made the right decision.
