I had bad experience and posted on here about it. I tried to find my comment and erase it but was unable. I DID however get a call from them with an offer of help for my little dog. That was thoughtful and most appreciated. I'm sorry that I can't find and remove previous comment. He had a type of partial blockage in his throat which was why he was sounding like he was choking and coughing everything he ate up. Sitting with him 24-7 spoon feeding him sips of broth and water for 3 days so he wouldn't die from dehydration was very hard, he got very weak and we thought he was gonna die. He started managing to swallow and is now successfully eating baby rice cereal mixed with bone broth, baby meat and some pumpkin. I'm a twenty year client. I haven't liked every doctor they've had, but I've always been satisfied with my dogs' care! The staff has changed over the years, but the front end manager does an excellent job keeping things professional and empathetic.
