La Vega Veterinary Clinic

We recently used this veterinary clinic and had a great experience. Their pricing is very fair, which is hard to find these days, but what really stood out was how kind and compassionate they were. When our dog Buddy passed away, the staff treated us with so much care and respect during a really difficult moment. It meant a lot to our family. You can tell they truly care about the animals and the people who love them. I’m very grateful for how they handled everything and would absolutely recommend them.

I cannot say enough about my experience at La Vega. I called late yesterday afternoon because my baby was breathing hard and having diarrhea. They squeezed me in 45 min after contacting them. The doctor took great care with the baby, sat and spoke to me for quite a while, and fully explained the results of the blood work. Fortunately my old man is OK, but I cannot say enough about the care, consideration, and thoughtfulness I was provided. It reminds me of an old school practice where vets treat the babies with great care, tell customers the truth and don't try to upsell you through fear about future issues that are not even present. My dog, Rufus, was torn up by a pit bull. Dr. Folsom, and Melody worked tirelessly into the evening, and miraculously patched my dog up from all of his deep wounds (After already having a full day). While my dog was in recovery, Dr. Folsom showed me photos of his wound stitching and tubes, and explained how to care for them, and what concerns she had. Terri, vet techs, and office staff were very caring, and supportive. All medications, and home care were thoroughly explained before we left. Absolutely recommend!!

I was not happy with the Dr.Folsom she was really rude to mostly all of her staff and very short with us! I loved my technician KC I think was her name very kind and informative! Place has changed since Dr. Tamra Walthall left

Mrs.Terri and the rest of the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, & kind! I trust them with my pup & will be back for sure !❤️🐶
