We took our dog Molly there today to be euthanized was a very sad day. The staff and vet were wonderful and caring can't thank them enough. Take care of the cremation and all highly recommend when it's your pets time to go over the rainbow. Thank you again 😥😥

While vacationing in the area over the July 4th weekend, my Coonhound Myka suddenly passed away. I was so thankful that they were even open on Saturday during a holiday weekend, and they stayed open until I was able to get to the clinic. The staff was very kind, caring and efficient, and I truly appreciate them staying late. They even went to the trouble of mailing the cremains to me, including a signed card which means the world to me and I have kept with the urn. Your thoughtfulness made a sad day much easier. Hugs to you all!

La Cresent Animal Care diagnosed our 5 year old doggy with diabetes and immediately took action. As of today they continue to help us learn about the impacts of this diagnosis and follow up regularly. We’ve also been taking our cats here for over 10 years with no complaints or issues.

This is for the groomers not the vet. I asked for just a bath and a brush and I went and picked up my dogs and both of them had their fur shaved down to the skin, these are two long haired dogs who in no way needed to be shaved. The groomer stated they didn’t sit still which is the laziest excuse to resort to shaving them. I should have received a call before they shaved both dogs to at least let me know what they were doing. I did not ask for their fur to be cut at all. I am deeply upset and really sad that I put my dogs through that experience. I will never come back to grooming there and I feel absolutely horrible for my dogs who got shaved down to the skin in the middle of winter. Shame on you guys.
