La-Chic Dog-Cat Grooming Salon

I brought my long haired cat here today for the first time and I will absolutely be back! The staff is extremely kind and welcoming and my cat was very calm when she came out despite it being her first time at the groomer. I paid $110 for a bath and groom for her which is a bit higher than other groomers but the quality of the service made it absolutely worth it!

Awful. Asked for a standard puppy cut on my labradoodle, got a mess. Uneven and patchy across the body, with random chunks left long. Worst was the face, which they barely trimmed, and mismatched to rest of body. I suspect they didn’t blow dry him, coat smelled perfumed but fur was not fluffy, and had an almost greasy texture. $100 down the drain, first and last time coming here.

So happy with LaChic professional Pet grooming. I bring my 5 yo old Great Persian cat to them and they do such a beautiful job. She always leaves there very happy, I also bring my 10 year-old Chihuahua, who is very finicky about getting his nails cut and they do such a beautiful job. He loves the excellent baths they give him and they put him back in tiptop shape. I strongly recommend them.

I can’t speak more highly about a pet groomer then LaChic in Charlestown, when visiting Boston my Bichon jumped into the frog pond, needless to say, he was a little matted and dirty coming out. I was able to get an immediate appointment. Robert was wonderful. The groomers did an excellent job. Thank you for saving my vacation, LaChic job well done!

They keep hiding mine and my friends reviews but they took a chunk out of my dogs leg, pretended it was normal, didn’t apologize, he got an infection, had to wear a cone for 3 weeks, it was horrible. they said it was a little nick, when the stuff they put on it to stop the bleeding came off it was a full blown wound. also the place is disgusting, there are literally bugs crawling out of the trash can, the groomer was 2 hours late, and there is no way the back room is up to health code. terrifyingly disgusting.
