Started visiting LA Pet Salon with my Newfoundland puppy Poppy when she was small. She’s now 100 pounds and still growing at November September, December 10 months…Everyone has been wonderful with her. If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my dog to the salon after reading many good reviews. Unfortunately, I did not get a very good experience here. My poor dog went in happy and I called about two hours later checking on him because it was a new place. He had been groomed several times before At other locations. When I spoke with the person that answered the phone, they stated that he was doing very well and it would be a bit longer. When they called to tell me he was done they said that he was very anxious and they could not complete the groom because he ended up with severe diarrhea and pooped all over the room and needed a second bath. I told them that it was very strange because he had been groomed several times before and had always done very well. They said that it could just b

L A Pet Salon did an amazing job with my 6yo Cavalier. The groom was exactly what we wanted! My dog is a bit of a shy/nervous baby, and the entire staff was warm and inviting. I was more than comfortable dropping off my dog. They made us feel special, and took the time to discuss what kind of groom/cut we wanted. Quick service too, she was done within 3 hours. I am so happy with this groomer after a not so good experience with a different groomer in the area. We will be back! Thank you!

Our dog Bella has been going for a few years now. They always do an amazing job , clean and smelling great! Well organized and professional buisness!

Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Our dog doesn’t need much besides a bath but they always give him a fun bandana and clean him up so nice. He definitely sheds less when he arrives home and smells so clean! We even did his nails there for a while, and as much of a pain as he was they were so good about it. They knew his limitations and helped me tackle the nails as best they could. Fair price for a great product. 10/10!
