Krum Veterinary Hospital

I live in South Denton and my vet wasn’t going to be in on the day I needed to bring a sneezing kitten in. They referred me to Krum Veterinary Hospital. It took 15-20 min. to get there and it’s a beautiful building. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have a great Keurig machine which I used for a good, large cup of coffee, with coffeemate and sugar. The place was clean and cozy on a rainy day. Ok, so they do upsell a bit; they’ve got to pay for all this, but when I declined to get a “Triple Snap Blood test” for FLV/AIDS/ Heartworm, they didn’t make me get it. But they did “offer” me a $40 tube of supplement for my cat’s sneezing that I did feel compelled to buy. The office visit was $100, which is steep, but it may be because I was a new customer. At the beginning of the year, I brought my dog in. One of the services that we had paid for in advanced was a fecal flotation. They gave me the plastic little vile to put the sample in that way I can drop it back off to them on a later date. I was never told that there was a time limit on it to be done and to bring it in when I had time. Now Im told that I would have to pay for it all over again for it to be done and that it’s over a 50 dollar charge. I paid for a service that never ended up getting done. Ponder vet charges $31 and TCAP charges 25 for the same service. Can I get my money back since you never did the service? This is hands down the best vet I have been to! Every single person we interacted with was so kind and helpful. I brought my dog in for a last minute vaccination and they were able to fit her in and take care of everything she needed. My high-energy dog is usually pretty nervous at vets, but she seems to love it here. I have also boarded my dog with them twice and she came back happy and well-cared for! So grateful I found Krum Veterinary Hospital and would recommend to anyone in the area!

A good friend of ours recommended this vet, and we are so happy she did. Our dog was feeling sick, and they took care of him right away. Super easy to make an appointment, and they have a great app as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be taking our pup to her regularly.
