Kristy's Dog Grooming

I was a walk-in, looking to get my dog Jackie's nails cut. Kristy was wonderful, patient (my dog HATES getting her nails cut) and did a great job. I went to pay her and realized I had no cash and Kristy told me not to worry about the money and to have a wonderful Holiday! (We will DEFINITELY go back and I will be sure to have EXTRA cash next time!). She is truly worthy of a 5 star review.

As a pet sitter, I always am needing the dogs to be groomed. Kristy is super professional and does a great job.

Kristy is great! She does an excellent job with our dog and makes her feel comfortable. Her rates are very reasonable also. Happy to have her close by in Downtown Oakland Park!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Kristy is easily overwhelmed and quick to blame her client 🤷🏼‍♂️ for her inability to perform a basic nail clip or full comb. What she considerers "grooming," you might call 5 swipes with your own brush at home. And to dry your dog off, she stuffs him in a cage and blows 5 very loud air drying tubes into the cage on to your traumatized pet. She only accepts cash and does not adjust her rate if unable to perform the clip or thorough combing you thought you were paying for. She is frail, moody and exudes negative energy. Energetic, happy 17 month lab pup was way too much for her to handle. Go to Alexandria''s on Oakland Park Blvd, They are competent professionals unlike this odd bird.

I have been taking my dogs to Kristy for over 10years and I couldn't be more pleased. She just groomed my coton and he looks ready for the doggie runway. If you want dependable and high quality personalized grooming, I highly recommend Kristy's. Parking is easy and your dog is left in a quiet, caring one on one environment. Two hours later your dog is ready for pick up and she is super reasonable in her rates.
