Kozmo Kuts Pet Salon

Was driving through town with our new puppy. We decided to stop in the Pet Salon. Amazingly they fit our little girl in. They had a cancellation. Perfect timing. The groomers were very professional and really made today even better! Prices are fantastic too.

I thought long and hard about whether to write this review or not. But I wish I knew more before taking my pup here for grooming. I was very specific about what I wanted. I repeatedly made it clear to NOT cut the tail. I came in and the tail was cut. Ears were extremely choppy and not blended. Once I got home I noticed a patch under his front foot that was cut down to the skin. When I addressed the tail I was told "It was matted" Personally I feel after making it clear I didn't want it cut it should have been left alone or to call me and see if I wanted it done. I responded with how I am capable of getting the little mats out of the tail. Ive used a flea comb to do so, I wouldn't expect a licensed professional to have difficulty. My little pup looks hideous. This was my first time there. Very happy. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was much better than most I looked at. Will definitely go back 💞
