Worst pet agency I’ve ever dealt with. Truly. unacceptable. They literally take water from your house without asking — just help themselves to your hose. Even after we told them to stop, they continued doing it when we weren’t looking (and yes, even after calling them out directly). No matter how clearly you explain that you have 2–3 dogs or pay for the correct number, they still refuse to service the last dog. They do not honor reservations or what you’ve paid for. On top of that, they made my dog cry. The entire experience felt careless and unprofessional. Honestly, it feels like theft. They ignore boundaries, don’t respect your home, and don’t provide the services you book. They can try to respond to this post however they want — I’m warning everyone now: do not use this company.

I’ve taken my dog here multiple times and I’m consistently impressed by the level of care and professionalism. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and pampered. They treat the dogs with genuine kindness and patience, which gives me total peace of mind every time I leave my pup in their hands. The grooming itself is always top-notch — clean cuts, gentle handling, and my dog always comes home smelling fresh and looking adorable. You can tell they use high-quality products, and the whole place is spotless and well-managed.

Hands down this is the best place to bring your furry one! Ileana has been grooming Oliver since he was a puppy and she makes him feel safe and loved. He jumps right into her arms and it’s like “Bye Mom, see u later”. She does an amazing job and he looks so handsome and smells amazing! Thank you Ileana for taking such good care of my little boy!

We are hurricane Milton evacuees from Venice FL. We just had our cat Missy picked up from our hotel and in about 2 hours she was bathed and nail trimmed and returned happy and clean. Thank you so much! (Her first time at a groomer, hope she wasn't too "talkative".)
