Everything Was Fine…Until I Had a Concern I wanted this to be a positive experience. The dog was beautiful, and I was excited to give her a great home. The workers at the farm were very kind when I arrived, and it's clear they care about the animals, I appreciate their friendliness and how welcoming they were. But unfortunately, as soon as I had a concern and asked what my options were to the owner, everything changed. Despite returning the dog within days and having a signed contract outlining a clear refund process, I was met with hostility, refusal to honor the agreement, and emotional deflection instead of professionalism from her. Love my GSD from Devra!! She's my best friend and the best dog! Highly trainable and the sweetest thing! She goes everywhere with me, and everyone loves her! People come into work just to see her, kids crawl all over her and always stop by the apartment to see if she's able to play!

I have two Kolling Pharm German Shepherds. They are excellent! They have wonderful personalities & temperament. They are very healthy & well socialized. We get compliments on them everywhere we go. Devra & Gary do a great job! I would highly recommend them. They truly care about their dogs.

Horrible experience, wanted to buy a puppy for my sister and paid the deposit, my sister lost her job and couldn’t afford the puppy so I contacted the female owner for my deposit back and she tells me I have to wait on it. It’s going on a month and still not deposit return just a bunch of long text messages. I’m wait to file court proceedings based on the excuse she keeps telling me. Do not use them!!!!!!
