Kochs is an amazing rescue whose mission is to find the best home for their dogs to thrive. Rescues are not a business and not a place for customer service. They are not selling something to you, these dogs are living beings that deserve time, attention, and care. Kochs is doing some of the hardest work to serve animals, not people. I had the pleasure of helping foster 7 different dogs through Kochs and each one of them has found an amazing home through Ashley’s hard work reviewing adoption applications. These dogs come in already failed by humans and deserve for us to get it right the first time, so time and care is necessary.
