I love these guys! The products are amazing, the prices are quite reasonable and the customer service is beyond exceptional! (Hi Katie :-) I've had a kitty tube for about 8 years but finally broke down and bought the heating pad for it. It does exactly what it says it will and my outside fur baby loves it as an addition to the place she claimed for herself when she arrived on my porch. Several cats have called it home over the years and all have appreciated its insulation, water tightness and durability. Its easy to clean both inside and out. Rugged and solidly built. I'm going to say this is a true American company that builds a fantastic product and stands behind the quality of their work 100%.
