I came here for help and was met with disgusting attitude by the two older women that volunteer. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and they were trying to shame me. You think you go to a place for help and you would be met with compassion at a painful time in your life but if they are their you are met with disrespectful and accusatory behavior. Never again will I go here and I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere already four people I have talked to told me they are always very rude. I wish I knew that before I went at least I know now and can warn others before they go.

Just got my first cat from here! Everyone is amazing! Super helpful, kind, and care so much about cats! Such a wonderful place! I really appreciate the thought, effort, and dedication that goes into this place!

After the recent death of our 15-year-old cat, we decided to get another one from a shelter. My first visit to Kitty Harbor was to kind of check the place out. Upon entering the premises, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the shelter was clean and odor free despite all the cats they had. Additionally, I could see that the cats were well taken care of and all looked healthy. After seeing the cats and speaking to someone about the adoption process, I went home and filled out the online application and a week later went there and had my interview. We decided to get two cats, a mother and daughter named Jade and Junie who are now in their new home. This place is the best place that a lost or displaced kitty can go! The folks here are wonderful and love and care for these precious animals. When you walk in you can see that they are very well taken care of and I hate to imagine at what cost. I would love to get the word out about this place. I am so happy that they took in the cat and her kittens that we found had been abandoned by her owners. This is a wonderful place and when our family is ready to adopt a kitty...We know just where to go!!!
