Kitten Rescue of Mason County

Years ago we got our start as fosters by fostering for KRMC. We were immediately struck by the love and care the staff and volunteer have for the kitties and the program's mission. We fostered many kittens for KRMC, and foster failed with two of them. Our beloved Alex (pictured) is still with us! We have now started our own program in Olympia, serving the unhoused community with spay neuter services. We still keep in touch with KRMC and they have been so supportive of our work in our new program. We love referring friends to KRMC when they are looking for a new best friend, because we know the love and care that is given to the kitties there.

We adopted Sir Charles Dickens AKA Charlie and never been happier with the staff and the adoption process. We drove over from Edmonds just to get this boy. He was not afraid, well socialized and was the bestest of boys. He is now 3 and raised two kittens. This is the place to adopt. Worth the drive.

The worst experience I have ever had. Will not be coming back here for any future adoptions. Need new administration and accusing and throwing accusations out there without checking her facts this is the worst administration I have ever came across. Kitsap county is sooooo much better

Adopted two kittens. The personell were very friendly and helpful. The entire process was very straight forward and did not take too be terribly long. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to adopt a new furry family member. *Update 12/14/24 The Boyz have been a blessing to our family. I’m so glad the Rescue pairs up the litters. I can’t imagine not keeping the siblings together. They are truly inseparable with each other and our family. They were originally a Christmas “gift” for my daughters after my divorce and the loss of our 13yr old cat the year prior. The girls absolutely loved them from the moment they met them 💕😽🩵😽💕 They have a blessing of healing for all of us and a reminder of unconditional Love and how amazing life can be.
