Great vet. Listens to what I have to say. Gentle and kind with all my pets. Always can get in, in less than a week. Has an emergency number and if he doesnt answer, you leave a message and he will call back. Would recommend.

You will be hard pressed to find a better clinic for your pet. We had to have our puppy in for surgery this year & Dr. Kincaid and his staff took incredible care of our family pet - they kept us informed throughout the entire process also. Even after such a rough experience our dog still LOVES going into the clinic any chance he can. He perks up at the familiar voices & can barely contain himself. (Seriously) We utilize their boarding services when necessary & have no complaints or concerns that our animal is well taken care of. I could go on & on with praises for the staff here.

Dr. Brett and his staff actually care for the animals and are very the owners of the animals. They understand fur babies are family members and will bend over backwards to help

Took my little dog Cloe. Special baby to me. Loved her with all my heart. They did everything they could to save my precious angel. Wasn’t meant to be. She is in heaven with my sister now who was her mother before Cloe was left to me. Such kindness and tenderness from the full staff. Thank you for trying to save my precious baby girl.

The Male Vet/Doctor is condescending and belittles his clients, he could be more nice, been going here for years but will definitely be going somewhere else from now on, he is rude to the women but when my husband goes in he has nothing to say.
