The veterinary staff demonstrated the best bedside manner I have ever experienced from a clinic—they were compassionate to our dog and clear with us about the treatment. ​What truly sets King's apart, though, is their commitment to fair pricing. Took my cat in to get neutered and chipped after he started trying to get real personal with our other cat. I was super nervous because I've heard some bad stories about some vets in the area, but when I brought him into the vet they were super nice and treated him with care. The whole appointment was way cheaper than I was expecting too! He doesn't seem to have any pains after the appointment, no lethargy, and zero flinching like I was worried about (you know how animals can be for a while if a vet was rough with them) and I was even able to call back after the appointment for any worries I had. 11/10 I'm going here from now on

When my vet had no availability, King's was able to book me first thing the following morning for an urgent matter with my dog. Staff at front desk was amazing. The tech and doctor were absolutely wonderful. I was put into a room very quickly and the doc came in within just a few minutes. He did a great introduction with Rusty and then a thorough exam. He then took him back for urine collection and prostate exam. Back shortly, he prescribed antibiotics and gave me detailed care instructions. Labs will be back in a few days. Check out was quick too. Again, amazing ladies at the front desk. 👏 Appreciate them seeing us on last minute notice over the holidays. I'll be back.

I have had two experiences with the veterinarian and owner of this practice, Mr. W Barry. These experiences have led me to seek veterinary care elsewhere for my dogs. During our initial visit for a routine check-up, I found the veterinarian’s communication style to be blunt and, at times, condescending. I initially attributed this to a straightforward approach and attempted to remain open-minded. On our second visit, my dog was seen for a back injury. Due to work obligations, I was unable to attend in person and arranged for a family member to bring my dog, while I participated via phone. It seemed to irritate Mr. Barry to speak to me on the phone. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. During my first visit, the vet strongly pushed for me to spay my puppy before she is fully mature, which felt more like pressure than a discussion about options. I also brought my puppy’s vaccine records, and they were dismissed as “fake” simply because of the name of the previous clinic before coming here. Because of this, I was told I had to schedule another appointment and pay for an additional full set of booster shots. On top of that, the front desk staff went through my entire puppy binder even after I clearly explained that only 3–6 specific pages were relevant for the appointment.
