Kings Harvest Pet Rescue No Kill Shelter

I recommend being very careful adopting here. They do not. I repeat do not take care of the animals here or monitor. Adopted a kitten from here . She has had worms already vomiting. Had to take to vet multiple times now looks like a possibly inner ear infection. Adoption fee 100 dollars vet bills now adding into almost 700 dollars. This is all basic only having the kitten about a month. Replying to adoption agreement. My wife called you guys said your basically on your own going to your own vet.

Was interested in adopting a kitten, was told I can’t live more than 30 min from Davenport but I can adopt a cat. I am not sure why I couldn’t just take the kitten to our vet in town. I even advised I would sign an agreement to bring the kitten to get its shots etc. never heard back from them after. Poor communication. It would have been nice if they responded.

I've been looking for a buddy. It was clean they had a good variety mostly bigger dogs. Abundant amount of cats. The people who work there care about your pets. It was sad to sees I had to move to I have him to the no kill shelter. I get it, and thank goodness they are their for the fur babies.

They refused to take almost 20 hospital blankets, said they weren't soft. I have yet to receive a thank you for multiple donations after my wife passed away and it was her wish to support both shelters scott county and kings harvest. Scott county has returned multiple thank yous for money donations. Kings harvest must be too busy to keep up . I will adjust this if they ever recognize it ...

I love kings harvest pet rescue center, they help cats ( I'm a cat lover), I wish that person that went there would take a cat home even though they have sensitive stomachs and sensitive skin they still need a home , and this stupid myth about black cats is a bunch , of crap. So adopt a black cat. I petted one today and I had it purring . And it loved head scratches. U people are wrong g about black cats so help out kings harvest give a cat a good loving home , we got one from there when they were on west central park and we've had him 3 years. And he's been a joy . You'll find having a cat makes all the difference. So please adopt a cat especially the ones that have issues , you'll see bonding with them and taking g care of them , your heart will be filled with ❤️ and 😊
