Kings Crossing Animal Hospital

I absolute love this place. Our dog is paralyzed on her hind legs due to IVDD and needs constant care and attention. All the staff at Kings crossing, from front desk to the vet, we see Dr, Lam, are exceptionally nice. They are friendly, professional and extremely competent. Pebbles, our dog loved them all and doesn’t even shake while there, as she usually does when apprehensive. I completely recommend this place for anyone who has a pet.

Sam does such a wonderful job grooming our two pomeranians. They always come out looking great! She is quick to listen and address any concerns or worries I have. I highly recommend her! I also love the staff and veterinarians at Kings Crossing. They have helped us in many situations, from daily care to emergency care with our dogs and cats. We love Dr. Johnson and Dr. Lam. They take such good care of our girls and boys!

We love King’s Crossing. They’ve taken such good care of my new rescue and all of her crazy conditions. She has recovered beautifully!! They have also taken great care of my senior girl, Mercy. With a nervous momma’s heart they have answered my questions and calmed my nerves about dentals, anesthesia and senior dogs. Wonderful reception staff, technicians, and doctors!!! I started bringing my pups here after my longtime and very loved and trusted vet moved out of state. It has been three years now and I have been very happy with Dr. Bumgarner and the care she provides my dogs. She is friendly, kind, knowledgeable and I trust her care of my pups. The vet techs are always good with my pups and show them love and care. Front desk is friendly and helpful, once you get their attention. This is the only area I see needing improvement. There doesn’t seem to be a real good system for check ins and check outs and you end up standing around 10 minutes, waiting to be acknowledged and checked in. Same thing goes for checking out. There will be 3-5 people at the desk but not one person acknowledges the people waiting for assistance. They just finish whatever it is t

Not only has Dr. Johnson given our pets the most compassionate and exceptional vet care, but we have also received amazing care with Sam in the grooming department for our dogs. Dr. Johnson has taken care of each of our many cats and dogs, and always ensures that each of them receive the time and quality care that any pet owner could ever wish for. All of our pets have loved Dr. Johnson and we greatly appreciate her and everything she has done for our furbabies both in their routine and sick visits.
